Problem
The Agency publishes regulatory frameworks covering tariffs, complaint procedures, spectrum allocation, and consumer rights across telecommunications and electronic services. Citizens trying to navigate these frameworks email the Agency constantly, asking how a particular rule applies, where to file a complaint, or what a procedure requires. The volume creates a manual triage burden that pulls staff away from policy and enforcement work.
Solution
We built a specialized agent grounded in the Agency's regulatory corpus. It interprets natural-language queries, locates the relevant clause or procedure, and returns a clear answer with the source rule cited. The agent is tuned for precision over recall - it would rather flag uncertainty than guess.
Outcome
Routine inquiries are deflected before they hit an inbox. Agency staff are freed for higher-leverage work. Citizens get an authoritative answer immediately, with a pointer to the underlying regulation if they want to verify.
