A software tool that turns publication records into compliant invoices automatically, eliminating the manual billing bottleneck for the official public-enterprise gazette.
Problem
The Official PE Gazette publishes a steady stream of legal notices, tenders, financial statements, and announcements from public-enterprise entities. Each published item needs to be invoiced - with the right line items, tax handling, and accounting references attached. The volume made manual invoice creation slow and error-prone, and reconciliation issues piled up downstream.
Solution
We built a software tool that ingests publication records directly from the editorial pipeline and generates fully compliant invoices automatically. It composes the right line items per publication type, applies VAT correctly, references the correct cost center, and outputs invoices in the formats the accounting system expects - all without a human touching the document.
Outcome
Manual invoice creation is gone. Turnaround between publication and billing collapsed from days to minutes. Errors that previously surfaced weeks later during reconciliation no longer occur, and staff are freed for higher-leverage editorial and financial work.
